Quality Terms and Conditions
The following Quality Terms and conditions apply to Alpine Aerospace, Corp. purchase orders placed with your organization in accordance with AS9100D.
a) The processes, products and services to be provided; including the identification of relevant technical data (e.g. specifications, drawings, process requirements, work instructions) shall be in accordance with the purchase order;
b) The approval of
- products and services;
- methods, processes and equipment;
- the release of products and services
shall be in accordance with the purchase order;
c) Competence, including any required qualification of persons shall be in accordance with the purchase order;
d) The external providers' interactions with the Alpine Aerospace, Corp. shall be in accordance with the purchase order;
e) Control and monitoring of the external providers' performance to be applied by Alpine Aerospace, Corp. shall be in accordance with the purchase order;
f) Verification or validation activities that Alpine Aerospace, Corp., or its customer, intends to perform at the external providers' premises.
g) Design and development control (This requirement has been excluded);
h) Special requirements, critical items, or key characteristics shall be in accordance with the purchase order;
i) Test, inspection, and verification (including production process verification) shall be in accordance with the purchase order;
j) The use of statistical techniques for product acceptance and related instructions for acceptance by the Alpine Aerospace, Corp. shall be in accordance with the purchase order;
k) The supplier shall:
- implement a quality management system;
- use customer-designated or approved external providers, including process sources (e.g., special processes);
- notify the Alpine Aerospace, Corp. of nonconforming processes, products, or services and obtain approval for their disposition;
- prevent the use of counterfeit parts;
- notify Alpine Aerospace, Corp. of changes to processes, products, or services, including changes of their external providers or location of manufacture, and obtain the Alpine Aerospace, Corp.'s approval;
- flow down to external providers [sub suppliers, as required] applicable requirements including customer requirements;
- provide test specimens for design approval, inspection/verification, investigation, or auditing in accordance with the purchase order;
- retain documented information, including retention periods and disposition requirements;
l) Provide the right of access by the Alpine Aerospace, Corp., their customer, and regulatory authorities to the applicable areas of facilities and to applicable documented information, at any level of the supply chain;
m) Ensure that persons are aware of:
- their contribution to product or service conformity;
- their contribution to product safety;
- the importance of ethical behavior.
